Thermo Cooker
Gas on glass hobs are now all equipped with a special thermo-electric safety. Indeed, since April 1, 2010, all gas cooktops are equipped with a flame protection. All burners are equipped with a so-called thermocouple. If the flame accidentally goes out, the thermocouple cools quickly. The tension falls away and the gas within ninety seconds automatically. Escapes as gas and that's not so safe. The technology also has drawbacks. You can not separately heating burners. Moreover, a gas-under-glass cooktop use cheaper, but not to buy. Termocucune These are built to operate in an open vessel. A request was installed a heat exchanger to produce hot water. This exchanger can be used to cool thermal discharge safety valve madiante: in this way these models can be successfully installed with closed vessel and then combined with existing boilers. In the picture you can see the detail of the electrical control box of the circulation pump (supplied as standard in all the cookers) with thermometer and thermostat.
