Hot Dog Cooker
This type of hot dog with ground beef is most common in the northeast. Far from the typical "hot dog", uses various types of vegetables that give a very special flavor. In a pressure cooker, heat the olive oil. Add the garlic already chopped and half of chopped onion. Let wilt and then add the ground beef. Without stirring, let a side of beef stir-fry for about 3 minutes. Then stir fry all ground beef. Fry for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Note that the cooking time in pressure hot dog cooker should only start to be counted when the pot gets pressure and starts to "beep". .
